AI-First Company describes how humans and AI systems work together within one organizational model. Responsibility and authority remain clearly defined.

Translates the model into a concrete organizational structure.

03 · Technical requirements

Defines the technical capabilities needed to realize it.

Technologies and providers remain replaceable. The framework creates a clear structure for collaboration between humans and AI. Decisions remain traceable, and human accountability remains explicit.

The Foundation brings together the Architecture, Reference Design, and Technical Requirements. It is freely available under CC BY 4.0.
